All of our residents are important, and we are sincerely sorry that you are unhappy with our parking structure. Unfortunately, parking is an additional item to your lease and does not come with it. While we are at 100% capacity for our garage, we are working through some transfers that have recently come through and will notify you if a space becomes available for you. |Recommended: YesReview — The overall building is nice enough. However, comparing the amount charged combined with the quality of the construction and the parking availability, I would recommend this building only to those who haven't found a more affordable place especially college students . I say this with a caveat. The amenities themselves are great. The pool is awesome and the gym is clean and well maintained.

|Recommended: No2022-2023 — The building always seemed to have something broken. The parking situation was okay but no guest parking makes it very difficult and one of the biggest problems I had with the building. The fact you can only have two guests at the pool doesn’t seem right either.
